Just wanted to stop and say life is awesome enjoy it.
Don't focus on the negative, it'll get you no where!
Promise not to self bash, appreciate what Heavenly Father created, he loves you, it hurts him to hear you talk bad about yourself!
Don't criticize others. You won't get ahead, you'll fall behind.
Look in the mirror and tell yourself you are a child of God. =)
Take care of your spiritual health along side your physical.
Do things that make you feel good about yourself.
Love your family, and tell them.
Be grateful for good friends and be a good friend to them.
Don't try and fit in the world's standards of beautiful, enjoy Heavenly Father's standards.
Have random girly moments, yes you too boys ;) You know the ones, where you play with all the makeup you can find and do your hair extra nice for no reason.
Take effort in your everyday appearance, not for vanity but to show gratitute for the body Heavenly Father has given you.
And have fun living rightously. =)
